The staff were very nice both in check in and when I needed help printing something I forgot. The room was clean and comfortable

My room darkening shade was broken and maintenance had gone for the day, the room never got totally dark at night due to the parking lot light

Parking lot is cramped and one side near the tree line doesn't feel safe. It appears that someone lives or parties in the undeveloped area on the side of the parking lot near the pool...
