Best Western Plus McPherson

Clean and comfortable for our overnight stop. Breakfast was EXCELLENT with so many options in addition to hot/cooked food. Bed was comfortable. Toiletries were nice and a quality brand. Bed and linens were very comfortable.

This property was really well kept. Room was very spacious. Definitely will be staying there again.

The staff was friendly but our room was not clean and had an odor. We figured out later the sink was plugged up tight and wouldn’t drain and that was likely the culprit of the smell. The building as a whole was getting run-down - only one elevator works and it’s slower than molasses on a Canadian winter morning, there are stains on the hallway carpet, and mildew stains in the shower. It’s had a rough life

FOX news is the default channel. Why? I will not stay at any property that promoted propaganda.

Decent property. The door slamming was rather distracting.

Was nice looking looked newer in reservation area & breakfast area. Outside wasn’t too bad either.

Was not clean at all. Walking to the room carpets needed vacuumed bad. Room shower was dirty. Found hair in 1 of the beds. 1 bed looked like someone had laid on it and was not made all the way. Also breakfast ended at 9 would love to see that go later.

Hotel is just a hotel - parking options are limited - Hugh gap in our door to the hallway

Location was excellent

I had a very important online meeting scheduled late one afternoon. I decided to use the business center near the lobby. At internet sign-in I received a message that the internet signal strength at the hotel was not sufficient to gain access to the internet. I asked the front desk staff for help. They explained that the internet issue has been a recurring problem - to which hotel leadership had not been willing to solve. My meeting was not optional so I actually went next door to one of your competing hotels - of which I am an Honors member. They invited me to use their internet feed. Message to hotel owner: I've run a successful business for decades. If my manager was unwilling to fix a service problem as basic as internet service, I would find one that was.
