Arbeidet på baksiden, men det er bare midlertidig

Stayed previously and was lovely. This time no one was there, the lights were out and the doors were locked. Many phone calls to the contact number, no response. Many messages sent, no response on the night.

There has been absolutely no response to any of the messages asking for help or any follow up from them to contact me. I arrived at the hotel before 8pm, a reasonable time, I think to have someone available to check. There was no response from the point of contact number or messaging facility on the night or any responses subsequently. I had to find another room in the area at double the cost and considerable inconvenience to myself.
