Hieno kokonaisuus jossa oli kaikki tarpeellinen 7 henkilön lomaan. Sijainti hyvä, kävelymatka vanhaan kaupunkiin ja kaikkeen mitä tarvitsi. Wolt toimi hienosti(esim veden osto vaivatonta)

Very spacious and the location was excellent

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Guiota and would happily recommend it to families and groups visiting Chania. The location is excellent,close enough to enjoy everything Chania has to offer while still being in a quiet, family-friendly area. We were traveling with two strollers and found it very easy to move around the neighborhood. Having access to the free shuttle bus from the nearby parking area was also a great convenience. Communication from the hosts was outstanding from start to finish. They were proactive, responsive, and always on top of things, checking in regarding our arrival and departure times to ensure everything went smoothly. We also greatly appreciated the generous welcome pack waiting for us upon arrival. It included fresh fruit, bread, cake, beers, water, and other essentials. We were traveling overnight with children and seniors, this thoughtful gesture made a huge difference, as we didn't need to immediately go shopping after a long journey. The villa itself is beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable. We were a group of six adults and two children, and everyone had plenty of space to relax. The living room is very cozy, the kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for cooking, and the overall layout works perfectly for larger groups. The cleanliness deserves a special mention. The house was impeccably maintained, and we appreciated having all the supplies needed to keep it tidy during our stay, including a vacuum cleaner and plenty of cleaning products. Everything was very well organized and cared for. The pool was lovely. While it is not temperature-controlled, the water temperature was perfect during our stay at the end of May and beginning of June. It became one of our favorite places to spend time together. Honestly, the villa was so comfortable and enjoyable that some days we barely felt like leaving to explore the area. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you for a fantastic stay, we would gladly return in!!

We love everything. As a suggestion, a welcome guide with local information would be extremely helpful for future guests. For example, recommendations for nearby beaches, restaurants, grocery delivery services, taxi options, and local points of interest would make settling in even easier. We discovered during our stay that there is a free electric shuttle to the city center from the nearby parking area, in addition to the regular public bus service. This was a fantastic option, but we only found out about it after our first trip into town. Including information about both transportation options would be very useful. For families with young children, it could also be nice to have few toys available, either for the pool or indoor play. Or a garden swing. :) Overall, we had a fantastic stay and were extremely happy with the villa.

Excellent stay – highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay at Villa Giota and were extremely satisfied. The villa was very clean and well maintained, and having a bathroom and toilet on each floor was very convenient. The outdoor area was tidy, and the swimming pool was a real highlight – it was clearly well taken care of throughout our stay. There were more than enough towels available, which we really appreciated. Check-in was smooth, and we were warmly welcomed by a friendly host. The thoughtful extras, like bottles of sparkling wine and breakfast items in the fridge, made our stay even more special. Overall, the villa exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend it!

Comfortable villa with everything you could possible need. Villa located near beach and restaurants. Really appreciate the welcome pack of food; especially the home made cake.

Absolutely nothing!

Everything was just perfect! We really enjoyed our time at the villa. Pool area was great. Kids loved swimming. Location is good, it’s only 20min walk from the city. We also used free bus to the city. Host family was very helpful with everything. We would love to visit this place again!

As a family of six with grandparents, parents and children, we had a fantastic week staying at beautiful Villa Giota at the end of October. Giota and her family are incredibly kind and helpful hosts - the house has everything you can possibly need for feeling like home away from home. They had even gifted us some essential groceries when we arrived quite late at night, which we were very grateful for. The house is beautifully decorated with generous bedrooms, three bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen which we used daily for cooking family meals and cozy spaces for socialising both indoors and outdoors. There is a free park and ride bus to Chania city centre only a 5 minute walk away, two beautiful beaches and plenty of options to buy groceries only a few minutes walk away. Would love to return and would highly recommend anyone looking for a home away from home on a family holiday. Thank you so much Giota and family!
