The AC was ice cold and the room was very clean. I appreciated that they had vinyl flooring and not carpeting. Very nice staff and breakfast that had something for everyone.

The locks on the doors to the room and bathroom weren’t able to be locked properly. The bathroom lock was completely inoperable and the door to the room was stripped from the door frame and couldn’t be secured.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a great start. The rooms, however, had an unmistakable hint of “Eau de Mildew,” which we also noticed lingering throughout the halls—so at least it was consistent. Noise control was a challenge as well. The guests above us appeared to be hosting a late-night rugby match, and to top it off, someone fired up a vacuum outside our door at 8:30 AM… on the one morning we were actually trying to sleep in. The room itself was serviceable but nothing to write home about. We booked a room with a “kitchenette,” but it came with all the equipment and utensils needed to not use it. The bathroom amenities looked like they had been placed by someone in a hurry—or perhaps tossed in by a strong breeze. Some broken beer bottles at the side entrance may make more sense now. Must be very windy. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Though advertised as a “hot breakfast,” the menu included one type of bagel, a few yogurts, three varieties of dry cereal, and a lone waffle maker bravely attempting to represent the entire “hot” category. Overall, the stay was less than ideal and significantly overpriced for what was provided.

Great room! Wonderful breakfast and over all good experience! Very happy with our stay!
