Il n'y avait pas d'eau dans l'hôtel (pas de possibilité de prendre une douche, se laver les mains ou tirer la chasse d'eau) et la climatisation fonctionnait mal

Lovely area. Staff very friendly.

We were without water for most of our stay… no toilet or running water. When it eventually came back on their was no hot water

La atención del personal es excelente.

Talvez nos tocó mala suerte , el primer dia nos tocó que se fue la luz por muchas horas, y segundo dia no habia agua en las habitaciones , no podías bañarte y menos ir al baño. Son cosas que talvez no este en sus manos resolver, pero deberían de estar preparados para ese tipo de situaciones...

Qué se fue la luz en la madrugada y hacía mucho calor en la habitación

The swimming pool area was very nice, on site free parking was very convenient as street parking would have been difficult. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is in a central location within walking distance of the major sites and restaurants.

The rooms do not have much natural light and the windows (at least on the ground floor) are frosted so you can’t see outside and, if you open them, look out onto the narrow inner courtyard. The drains run through that inner courtyard and there was an unpleasant smell both there and in my room. It may have been just a problem at the time as at 03.30 in the morning the drains were being emptied. Sleep was disrupted too by guests returning to the hotel as they have to pass through the inner courtyard to get to any of the rooms on that level or higher levels.
