Birmingham Guesthouse

The property was based in a really good location from station and shopping mall. The property was spacious and had many facilities to use. The hostess was very helpful as the heating was not working throughout the trip and she came to give electric heaters to us. We stayed an extra night and upon check in she allowed us to check in earlier.

The cleaning was at a very poor standard, upon arrival there was dust and stains on the bedding in all rooms, we had to clean the house again. The sofas need to be cleaned because when we sat on the sofas and the beds before cleaning them ourselves we all broke out in spots and got bitten multiple times. The heating was not working throughout the trip and the beds in room 2 and 4 were poor quality as they had no base which meant you sink to one side in when laying down. Minor repairs needs to be carried out as many things were not working in this property, overall we would stay again if the above were addressed however the main concern was the poor standard of cleanliness.

It has everything we needed and more. 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 toilets, cosy and comfy lounge area and huge kitchen. Towels were supplied as were things like toilet roll and washing up liquid. The drive as two spaces. Only 3 miles away from B-road Street and Arcadian. The host Maria communicated really back to any questions we had.

Maria is very helpful and quick to reply to messages. The house is a spacious 4 bedrooms with 1 ensuite.

The house was spacious with a big kitchen, lounge, gym (we didn't use), garden and 3 toilets.

The electric shower didn't work, but bath attachment did.
