The hotel was spotless. Staff very polite and friendly. 20 mins walk to the top of session hill, but the taxi is only 50php all in all would go back again. The only downside to me were the breakfasts. But they may be to your taste.

"Nice hotel, poor service"

We left our room for the day at about 6am. When we returned at about 2pm we recieved phone call from office asking if we wanted room cleaned. Replied yes, and told we need to leave room for 4 hours.... why did not clean room the 8 hours we were gone? The buffet breakfast was good, better than most included buffett breakfast we have had at many hotels. For some reason our last day was ala carte breakfast. The buffett was all you can eat, the ala carte limited to one item order. It took about 15 minutes to take our order. After another 15 minutes still waiting for drinks. We watched a table of 4 have food delivered for 2 of the guest, and those 2 guest completely finish eating while the other 2 guest still waiting for their food. 2 other parties tired of waiting got up and left. After a total of about 45 minutes in the resto, and seeing food delivered for only 2 guest out of several seated tables, we also got up and left without our food being served.

The room was nice with a huge TV and great water pressure. The room wasn't that clean as a pube and a roach was found
