Apartments Bedanc

Great location directly on the ski slope with beautiful views from the bar and restaurant where you can watch people skiing. Nice wooden design of the apartment. Hair dryer provided and heating was turned on when requested.

When we arrived at check-in time and finally found the apartment, it was still dirty and we were told this happens often. Apartments are not marked with numbers, so finding the correct door is difficult. Apartment 5 is connected to apartment 4 by a door, so you can clearly hear neighbors, which could be mentioned in the description. The kitchen had no pot or pan as listed, so we couldn’t cook. Our message asking for one was seen but not answered. No sponge for dishes, so we left everything in the sink. Only soap is provided, so bring your own shampoo and shower gel. Other guests were also confused about check-in and access, so we ended helping them ourselves. Self check-in and out can work well, but the instructions in the message and communication should be much clearer and someone should be reachable if guests need help.

Vsec mi je samo lokacija

Ni mi vsec marsikaj.Najprej sploh ni bil apartma pripravljen ob uri, katero smo bili dogovorjeni, ker je baje cistilka zamudila 🤯, potem sploh nismo imeli pripravljenih ležišč in brisač za 5 oseb, kot smo plačali ampak za 4 osebe…Potem so nam poslali eno natakarico iz gostilne spodaj, da je prisla pomagat pripravit ležišče in prinesla brisače. Sicer je bila prijazna ampak žal zelo nesposobna, na koncu sem morala sama postiljat… Potem sem prosila za kodo za wi-fi in sem dobila odgovor čez nekaj ur…Da se ne menimo o posodi, ki jo nudijo…nič od nič…in na koncu zelo neugoden apartma, saj je zelo nozek strop in je res neudobno, sploh za vse večje od 170cm zelo ne priporočam! Skratka zelo nezadovoljni.

Bližina smučišča

Pomanjkanje vode, slab pritisk vode.

Lokacija je bila super. Apartma simpatičen.

Ni bilo dovolj brisač in prevlek za posteljnino. Gospodična na sprejemu neprijazna.
