Me encanto la ubicación, muy cerca a zonas turísticas. El personal que nos atendió muy amable, siempre dispuesto ha responder preguntas. Te colaboran en absolutamente todo y te orientan muy bien para aprovechar este hermoso lugar. Definitivamente volvería. El hotel es más lindoo de lo que muestran las fotos.

Todo estuvo genial. Tal vez, tener disposición de café por más tiempo. Recomiendo renovar las fotos. El lugar esta muy lindoooo. Gracias por ayudarnos a tener una estadía muy agradable.

Cleanliness. Check in agent was very friendly and helpful. Checking out the individual at the desk helped determine which bus I needed and where to board it. He went so far as to write down a number of options for me.

For my purposes it fit my needs. I can't say there is anything I didn't like

"Hidden gem in the romantic zone"

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Walking distance to beach, malecon, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and taco stands. The hot tub has river view !

Lo que pasa la comida del Restaurante me intoxico y la pasé muy mal, y pedí por la noche apoyo a recepción y nadie me ayudó en llevarme unos sueros...aparte me llamaron a mi cel.. tratando de hacerme una estafa sabían en qué habitación estaba hotel todo..y el hotel al entrar te hace llenar esos datos...fue mala experiencia realmente y me sentí inseguro..que según afuera estaban carros con drogas y armas....siento que pasan la información de los huéspedes a estafadores

Amables..pero muy mala experiencia inseguridad totalmente
