Higher Lane House

We were blown away and had a fantastic stay! 5 ensuite bedrooms was exactly what we needed and although we paid a little extra for parking it was worth it. Best points: Thoughtful provisions in the kitchen, unload directly in front of the house (it was pouring with rain!), outside seating, large fluffy towels, comfy communal space, 1 accessible room, spacious hallway for unloading

A full length mirror in the accessible room would be a good addition Some pegs for hanging coats and gowns in the hallway would be a great help if possible

Very spacious, right in city centre. Place was clean. There is a deposit you have to pay prior to the day, which was not too clear from the description, but it was refunded as promised.

There is a club next door which is very loud, music went until 3am. The house works on a light sensor system. You can't really sleep on the living room couch as the lights will never shut off. I think a light switch would have been better. You have to pay extra £10 per car park slot which I find a bit odd.

Great property Really nice clean and tidy house with everything we needed. We were only there for one night but 100% feel it is more than suitable for a longer stay and will most definitely consider it and recommend it for any future stays in plymouth

Great location for City centre, Barbican & Hoe all in walking distance. House was exceptional, clean, nicely decorated, well equipped, very spacious rooms all ensuite. The host Corry was wonderful and very attentive to any questions we had.
