The Gallatin Nashville

It was so cute! They had snacks waiting for us along with a binder full of very helpful information and places to visit! The space was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Would def stay here again!

The Gallatin is so cute! It was very quiet, super easy to check in

The room and property were very clean. The luggage lockers were very convenient because we arrived hours before check in. They are very communicative and detailed on the check in process. If you need a place to stay but don’t enjoy speaking with people this place is perfect!

The property is nice in some ways. They have a great coffee machine in the lobby. I hated that the queen bed had entry from only one side (plus the bottom) and was up against a wall. Also, we were below grade, which came as a rude surprise.

This hotel is not what it looks like in the pictures. The 1st floor is under ground it has no elevator or any assistance as not manned by anyone. The luggage lift doesn’t work. If you stay on 1st floor you hear all toilets and showers from everyone run down and those are the suites. Also would not refund anything when I couldn’t walk the stairs.

Fantastic stay. We would recommend to anyone and will definitely stay here again.

The property was cute and easy to access. The room was spacious, adorable and comfortable. We slept really well and we all had plenty of space for the 4 of us to spread out. We loved that they had articles and the history of the hotel throughout. There were a few questionable bars/clubs around the hotel that were a little concerning at first, but they didn’t end up being an issue at all. You couldn’t hear any noise from them in the room, or the hotel for that matter. The lighting in the parking lot could be better, it was pretty dark back there at night. The carpet in the main halls of the hotel were in need of a good cleaning. But it was a great hotel overall. The kids loved it. We will definitely stay here again, and I don’t say that about too many hotels.

It was very close to the venue we had an event at, perfect location. Quiet.

Power went out while we were staying, room was changed from king to double Queen right before we arrived. No humans check in had some bumps, electronic locks had issues. Once we figured it out and things settled it was ok. Great price, decent room, pretty clean and had mostly what we needed except for extra blanket even we got cold. Good location.We might stay again now we know all the quirks, but only due to price.
