The bed was very uncomfortable.

Beware they may just suddenly downgrade and move you. Sort of like bait and switch. Great personnel except for admin.

Our studio apartment was perfect for us. Lovely view of the golf course, it was clean and well-appointed. The whole resort was in great condition and managed even better. I would be happy to stay there again. We really enjoyed ourselves.

This property needs some serious maintenance. There's mold in the bathroom, the faucets are worn out, shower head sprays at an odd angle. The couch has stains on them. Moldings have rot and the room has an identifiable unpleasant odor.

We got in and the front desk lady, Nicole is super pleasant and nice to work with! I wish her all the best in her life! The room itself… was a hot mess. The A/C would not stay on at all and the room was extremely hot upon entry. The fan was super dusty and the room smelled musty. The toilet was dirty, underneath the lid was even worse, pee everywhere and pubic hairs. The shower had left over soap scum and questionable dried yellow stuff on the wall. The bed and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. It’s like sleeping on bricks. Was very uncomfortable all night and didn’t get very much sleep. The dishwasher full of dishes looked dirty despite saying clean. There were fingerprints still on cups and the cups were visibly dirty still with lip prints on them. I think my husband and I left the room cleaner than when we got in. We cleaned as we got in and right before we left. Had to check out early due to medical issues and again, Nicole was absolutely amazing. She’s so sweet and understanding and we’d come back just because of her. I hope the owners read their customers complaints and take action because that hotel is absolutely beautiful and I’d hate to see it go further down hill. Also, maybe make an adults only time for the pool and rec center. Even if it’s just 2 hours(10 PM to 12 AM) I don’t mind kids but we’d love to have a more relaxed time without being splashed in the face or having kids in the hot tub swimming around and making tons of noise.

Check in was exceptional. Nicole was friendly, informative and even showed us to our room. Room was good with kitchen and separate bedroom. Nice balcony with chairs. Interior style and furnishings are mediocre and A/C cools bedroom 10 degrees below rest of unit. Exterior and grounds are very nice.
