Zimmergröße, Poolanlage, Frühstücksauswahl, gute Busanbindung und Parkmöglichkeit. Das Restaurant Elios am Hotel (Selbstzahler) war hervorragend.

Hellhörig, Sauberkeit mittelmäßig (Zimmer und um Pool herum). Wir hatten zwar freundlicher Weise ein kostenloses Update bekommen, allerdings war dieses Zimmerupdate ein Zimmer zwischen dem Kidsclub (Kinderbecken) und der Hotellobby. Demnach war weder morgens noch abends Ruhe.

Nice swimming pool, close to the sea, friendly staff

The swimming pool connected to the room was always in a shadow and super cold, absolutely not suitable for usage. The food was ok, but always massive lineup, not well organized. Fresh irange huice was onky available ine day. The claning was not uo to a four star standard.

We just came back from 10 lovely nights at this hotel as a family of 3. Lovely clean hotel complex, lots of pools (they were cold but that wasn't bad for me in 23 degree heat)! The food was generally varied but can get repetitive if you stay for 10 days. The waiting staff were all very polite and helpful. The staff that really stood out for being especially great were: Bibiana (My daughter’s particular favourite-she’s great with the kids!) Anastasia and Lilien were really approachable and lovely, and provided good entertainment for the kids and aqua aerobics/yoga and other games for adults and kids. Matyas and Pedros on the main bar provided lots of banter, nice gin and tonics and were really nice to my daughter; making her special mocktails. Marcell at the pool bar was also lovely. It’s in a great location close to lots of sights and if you go snorkelling with a bit of lettuce in your hand you will get close to turtles!🐢 The night time entertainment could be a bit longer and more varied but all round a positive experience. Would recommend to anyone with a family.

We stayed at this hotel with our 16-month-old daughter in October and were overall very satisfied. We spent 8 nights here and enjoyed our stay. There is a nice entertainment program for both children and adults – aquafitness during the day and music or evening shows. There is also a small indoor playroom for kids, which our daughter liked a lot. As it was already off-season, the animation program was quieter, but during the main season there are regular children’s activities. I recommend booking breakfast and dinner, as the food selection is really good and varied. On my birthday I even received a small gift from the hotel, which was a kind and thoughtful gesture. The only minor downside was that the water in the children’s aqua park was rather cold, but this can be solved with a neoprene suit. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would consider coming back next year.

Stayed from the 20th October to 27th October 2025 Relaxing and clean, staff was amazing from Sonrita at the pool bar to Andreas in the dining hall and Vicky at reception, everyone was lovely, the entertainment could be more interactive, and maybe the option of a pool side disco on occassion would be a good idea. Nevertheless I would be happy to visit again.

The hotel is lovely, modern and clean. There is a bus stop outside into Protaras and to Ayia Napa €2 each trip, bargain & buses go regularly. Taxis charge per person for the ride & we found prices varied so my tip would be use the bus. There aren't enough sunbeds. We arrived 23 October & hotel was full. The only bar open in the evening is the lobby bar & its not big enough for all the guests. That's a negative. The pools, as mentioned in previous reciews, are a bit fresh! Also all the same depth with no shallow end which I think is a negative. These are the downsides as the hotel really is lovely.

Had a really good time here, the staff were great the actual hotel was nice and not far from the beaches and other places. The staff were great Andreas in the main resturant was really nice he made us feel welcomed as was Petrov in the main bar who made some great cocktails and provided good banter. Would definately go again.
