Breakfast was good.

Did Not give clean towels or clean room in 3 days a/c was noisy never again!

The staff was great. Very friendly. The hotel was clean.

My issue was the noise and the air quality inside the rooms because of the AC/Heater system. I understand that modern, newer hotels rely on sealed hotel rooms with recirculating PTAC (Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner) units. They are cost & energy efficient. Sealed windows also stop guests from running the heater or AC while leaving the window open which is great since this saves energy resources and consequently helps to protect the environment. They also prevent accidents. But PTAC pose health concerns because they trap moisture, circulate airborne dust and allergens, and can recirculate stale air instead of bringing in fresh outdoor air. They aren't designed for heavy-duty air purification. Their primary purpose is to catch large debris to protect the unit's internal coils. They typically offer low-efficiency filtration, often equivalent to a MERV 4 or MERV 8 rating. My solution would be to approach new hotel design differently. Like a hybrid between sealed and open windows that can be opened by the staff during cleaning or when the rooms are not occupied (provided that outside air quality is good). True HEPA filtration would be obviously the best, but I understand that they are expensive and will bring up costs.
