Hotel One Garden Town, Lahore

Property was good in almost every aspect Location comfort and ease

They placed drinks in the fridge and then charged us for them in the end. Like why keep drinks in a fridge when you are going to charge them later on. This was the only thing I didn’t like

Staff was super nice and cooperating.

Towels were not clean properly

The staff were amazing. They let me check in at 10am and also offered breakfast. The room size was decent. Bed was so comfortable. Check in/check out were quick. Will stay again.

The hotel is located on a busy street. Even on the 6th floor, the sound of cars honking was clearly audible. After a long journey, it was difficult to sleep during the day because of the traffic noise. At night, when traffic was lighter, it was much better. The room carpet was very dusty. Breakfast was okaishhh. Lift wasn't working, had to use the cargo lift.

The staff was not friendly at all. The lift was not in operation. I have to use the stairs for 3rd floor. The staff did not tell me about the lift before check in.

Staff person Mr Hamza was very rude , moreover the lift was not operational during my stay there. Service was slow and some items on the breakfast menu were missing and arranged after the third day of my stay, even the front reception area air-conditioner was off which was also uncomfortable for the staff.
