i have been staying with this property for over an year now and i have seen the improvement in the quality and professionalism of their staff at front desk and resturant . they have started to learn the art of making the guest feel valued which is very good. the dining in feel is premium the quality of food is very good.

i dont know who training the housekeeping staff to inspect the bed so thoroughly at the time of checkout and then come and disucss the condition of the bed with front desk while the guest i standing on face of them and could hear and feel uncofortable. this happed to me in my last 2 trips when onece i had a small wound on my knee and a very tiny spot of blood was found on the bedsheet and the housekeeping made an issue out of it. similarly this time i was given the welcome drink in myroom (orange or peach juice) while taking the glass while sitting on bed a few drops of juice fell on the bedsheet.... at the time of check out i could see the house keeping running to report this to front desk (this can be done over a call from the room instead of saying it on face of guest) .
