"Very comfortable stay friendly and welcoming"

Although very compact everything just got so well and was well thought out. Clean and tidy and comfortable. Really enjoyed the walking tour they provided.

Orange juice in the bar is more an orange cordial and not Juice by western standards.

"I expected a hotel experience but instead received something closer to a subpar student hostel."

- Great TV with Airplay and streaming app integration. - Location is alright. That's really all about it.

- The room is ridiculously tiny. You can’t open a suitcase properly, and there’s barely space to walk. The only "desk" is a dusty folding table. - No fridge in the room (only shared storage in the common area) and no counter space in the bathroom for toiletries or makeup. - No drinking water in the room. - The pillows are paper-thin, and the hallway motion light is so sensitive it kept turning on throughout the night. - The Dealbreaker: I was scratched by a nail sticking out of the wall. It was deep enough that it took 15 minutes to stop the bleeding. It happened in the middle of the night. When I informed the staff, they were polite, but there was no follow-up or apology the following day. - I left a review on Google Reviews and the manager asked me to reach out to provide information regarding the incident. Email sent for 5 days and I've never got a reply. Seriously? Avoid this place at all cost. There are much better options in the area for this price point.
