Staff have been excellent and very accommodating

Hotel reception was unpleasant, the attitude of the staff member was very disrespectful. I travel a lot for work and he was very unpleasant.

Excellent

Room was perfect, view of the beach delightful. Beds and pillows comfortable. Room size was generous. Matilda at check could not have been more helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by the drink voucher and happy hour was a treat. We opted for shared facilities that were clean, had toiletries provided and great sized showers. The kitchenette was handy and well stocked for most items. We had access to the balcony with perfect spot to watch the sun set.

Would have loved a later check out.

Bedsheets could’ve been provided.

We didn't actually stay in Henley but at their sister hotel in Victor Harbor due to a change in our plans. The staff, in particular Nicole, were extremely helpful and accommodating ...so much so, we went back there for a meal.

Great location, comfy beds

Curtains barely blocked out light. This hotel seems to shut before all the others in the square, so very noisy outside, when you get ejected from downstairs bar area. Shared bathrooms, with motion sensor lights, which don't work and are on very short timers.

Proximitry, Balcony and building beautiful. Service exceptional.... Beds so comfortable , min noise thick stone walls. Food so delious too....
