"Great Location, Cleanliness & Hospitable"

"It was fine but will be staying elsewhere next time."

Location was fantastic. Lobby was cool.

The room just seemed cheap with the wall that wasn’t a wall and the shower in the room. And, you could hear all the neighbors. For only $20 more I could’ve stayed at the Hilton and will next time.

"Laudy is an excellent representative for Aloft!"

Laudy greeted me with a smile even before I stepped up to the check-in counter. She was extremely professional and was able to check me in early which was a blessing. Her attitude and overall personality along with her professionalism is what we need in hospitality today! Thank you Laudy for being extremely pleasant. It was a pleasure staying at Aloft and having you at the Front Desk! To management: She deserves a raise!!!

"Sleepless night"

I found a swarm of ants in my room (a few in the bathroom and a number of them near the door) so I needed to move rooms at 9 pm. Then one of the local venues started playing music at 11:00 pm on a Wednesday night. The bass was pounding in my room and I was unable to sleep. Do not stay here if you want a nice quiet place to rest. Staff was pleasant but not able to do much to help.
