Very clean

Everything was fine

The location was perfect.

The sofa couch was filthy, and I had to request a blanket to cover the couch in order to sit on it. The floor underneath was dirty with popcorn crumbs.

Everything really. Great service, location, nice and big clean room. Comfortable bed and the bathroom was nice too. The included breakfast also hit the spot👌

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the Hampton Inn. During my visit, I was moved through three different rooms, and each one had serious issues that made them unacceptable for occupancy. The first room had key card access problems, preventing entry. The second room was in visibly poor condition with a broken bathroom door, dirty microwave and counters, and used/dirty bedding. After being moved again, the third room was just as concerning. There was hair on the toilet, trash left in the bathroom, and what appeared to be bugs present in the bedroom area. The beds looked unclean, with wrinkled pillows and bedding that suggested they had already been used. When I addressed these concerns with front desk staff, the interaction was unprofessional and dismissive. Prior to speaking with them, I also observed the front desk employee speaking aggressively and loudly on the phone, which added to the uncomfortable experience. I contacted both Booking.com and Hilton directly regarding these issues, but was told there was nothing they could do. As of now, I have still not received a refund. Because of this situation, my family and I were forced to travel over an hour and a half away to find alternative lodging at our own expense, along with additional unexpected costs for food and accommodations. This experience was incredibly stressful, disappointing, and far below the standards expected from this brand. I am requesting that management or corporate leadership review this situation and contact me directly regarding a resolution, including the unresolved refund. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that no other guests are placed in a similar situation.
