Cannot praise the Park Hyatt Jakarta and the personal service enough. The luxuriousness and view from our upgraded suite was beyond most Park Hyatts we have experienced. Monogramed pillow cases - that was a first. A delicious cake to celebrate our anniversary. At breakfast, Delfina - our charming and exceptional server - recommended and had the chef prepare some local fare from off the menu that was absolutely delicious. At the social hour, our server Abel was so attentive and took such good care of us. I’m confident that is you are lucky enough to stay at the Park Hyatt Jakarta, they will make a memorable impression and you will be very sad to leave.

Overall, my stay at the Park Hyatt was excellent, though there were a few bumps at the start. The staff quickly addressed the issues, and the rest of the experience was smooth and enjoyable. The room was elegant and comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and the service felt genuinely attentive. In the end, it turned into a memorable stay, and I would gladly return.

Our second stay at Park Hyatt Jakarta was an excellent experience and made us want to come back to Park Hyatt Jakarta again every time we are in town. While our first stay last year was just ok, this time around I noticed several improvements in the quality of service and also a much better breakfast quality and selections compared to last year. While the hotel itself is not in the most convenient location, however the hotel can arrange any safe transportation to get you to any point of interest in the city and most transportations are reasonably priced (even the luxurious Silver Bird taxi). We stayed there for a week and after the first day, most of the staff members remembers our name (which was GREAT). Entire hotel staff were very friendly and the genuinely looks like they enjoyed working there; which is a great sign of good hotel management. The rooms and facilities are all in excellent shape and a really good daily housekeeping as well. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, who wants a more quiet luxury experience.
