Across the street from the beach... They supply what you need to lay near the water as you look over at the old town. Very clean facilities and owners super friendly.

Great Location with lovely views, really peaceful but with bars and restaurants nearby. Welcoming hosts and well appointed spacious studio apartment just across the road from the beach.

Location is perfect if you want to visit Zadar. It is near to the city, but not so much that parking gets a problem. Also, the owners have told us about a trick to reach the city quickly and that worked very well and got a part of our visit things to remember. Also in front of the beach, just across the road. For even a quick bath, if you wish. The room was spacious and perfectly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The place was very quiet. The bathroom was ample. All the people managing the hotel (three generations) were very kind and friendly, giving very useful advices about what and how to visit in Zadar. Breakfast was very tasty, rich and good in the garden under the shade. When in Zadar again, I would happily return here.

It’s a nice home comfy large and safe and well appointed . On the ocean with a balcony . Free parking ..will stay there again . The family is very sweet we had full privacy and care . Marco was great too

Location was excellent just across road from a stoney beach . The b&b provided sun loungers, beach towels and even crocs to wear when going in swimming in the crystal clear waters. The owner family were very nice friendly and very helpful. We would highly recommend.

Price for the week could have been a bit cheaper we thought.

Nearesr restaurants are good. The beach is 10m from the balcony. The sea was refreshing in the 35°C. Climatization and comfort and view are very good.

The old town is a bit far.

Great hosts facilities,and good breakfast! They made our stay very enjoyable!
