Zeer schoon, uiterst vriendelijk personeel, goede parkeergelegenheid

Het extra betalen voor het parkeren is niet gastvrij.

Alles was top! De ontvangst, de grote en comfortabele kamer, het prima restaurant, het super uitgebreide en lekkere ontbijt.

Helemaal niets.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location for exploring Ghent. 10 to 15 minutes from the city centre. Really great breakfast options. Spacious bedroom with the usual amenities. The roof top bar was lovely for drinks in the evenings. We ate at the Italian restaurant and the food was excellent. There was ample parking and not too expensive. There was also a supermarket next door. The staff spoke English and were very helpful.

The restaurant kitchen closed at 10pm on Friday night so we had to order room service. Maybe open later on weekends but that wouldn't stop me from staying at this hotel again or recommending it.

Prachtig nieuw hotel en overal is aan gedacht qua comfort. Grote kamer, alles geluidarm, alle gemakken voorzien. Ontbijt overweldigend qua variatie. Auto onder het hotel geparkeerd, grote plekken. Veel en vriendelijk personeel. De ervaring van jaren in de hotel business zitten komt in alles terug.
