As instalações são novas, mas muito sujas. Desde os elevadores até corredores e lençóis, encontramos restos antigos de comida, sujeira nos gramados e afins e nas piscinas! Boxes e lençóis sujos!

Não fomos avisados de informações pertinentes ao voucher dos parques, funcionários com atendimento de mau humor exceto a recepcionista das 14h de sábado 15.11.25

Muitas vagas de estacionamento, apartamento grande e com muitos aparelhos de ar-condicionado, acesso aos parques da rede WAN, camas confortáveis, chuveiros bem aquecidos.

Café da manhã com poucas opções de proteína, sucos apenas com gosto de açúcar, condomínio sujo (com baratas não retiradas e roupa de cama pelo chão dos corredores do térreo), pequenas aranhas nos quartos, vazamento na pia do banheiro, muitos mosquitos advindos do lago, péssimo atendimento no parque KAWANA.
