220SQM Designer Apt - Copenhagen City Center - Private Balcony

The space. Very roomy for the 6 of us. The property is near to shops and main attractions. Clean and quiet surroundings.

No lift. Difficult when you have loads of luggages specially if they are heavy. The property is in the first floor. We were sweaty after😭 Another one was very limited toilet paper. Imagine for 6 people only 2 rolls for 3 nights stay. In the end we bought 1 pack. Appreciate very much if they could provide toiletries (shampoo ..)

The location is fantastic, it’s an enormous apartment and we found it extremely comfortable. Liaison with the owner was very easy and quick. You would be hard pushed to find bigger more comfortable bedrooms and living room.

We found the entry lock hard to use, and both caught our finger in the main door. It was strange there was no clothes storage for hanging up items - no wardrobes.

Location was super. Restaurants, grocery stores and everything was very close. WiFi had good quality. Good place to be for families and groups as well.

There wasn't dish soap to wash dishes. No kitchen cloth for cleaning. It was weird. There was also "marks of living" like some of the towel hooks was broken or nearly broken, floor heating didn't work at the main bathroom, dishwashing machine has had rough times from other clients and some of the chairs in kitchen had loose bolts or something because they was quite wobbly to use etc. So maybe some basic renovation should be done or some little fixing for broken things and it would be 10/10.

The size of the apartment, beautiful bulding and design plus it is located on the best spot in the city.

Great location and nicely designed interior. Big kitchen and comfortable living room with TV including Netflix.

Bathroom was very cold. A coatrack would have been useful and washing up liquid as well as a sponge and cloth.

Some of fittings tired ,Walls need painted, Kettle broken ,shower not draining .The towel rail hanging off ,also no bath shower mat .Plant nearly dead in lounge I did complain and sorted) Kitchen look lovely BUT Kitchen no basic tea coffee making facilities.No cloth to wipe dishes with ,drying cloth yes . No Fairy liquid .no toaster, Sink plug broken. Just not user friendly No place to hang clothes or coat hooks

I travelled with 8 colleges/friends for a weekend meeting in Köbenhavn. The location was fantastic, right by Köbmagergade and Stöget, and very close to Österport Metro station. This appartment works for people who know each other and dont mind sharing a space. The style was smart design: Beds are really comfortable, like the best beds and covers you can imagine. The smallest room with bunker beds are best for children/ teenagers. Kitchen had plenty of space, great kitchen table and a stylish tablewear, all nice blue ceramic cups, bowls and plates. We found everything we needed in the kitchen except a toaster. I look forward to see more recycle options or guidelines on how to manage the vaste for next time. The large bathroom had a shower and a very comfortable bathtub. Lilja O and the YL Butterfly team from Iceland
