"Reservation was not found."

This hotel could not find my reservation. Reception guys were very helpful and nice to me, but they just could not find my reservation and did not let me have a room as per my booking. Eventually, I was relocated to another nearby hotel within 2 hours time by the Hotels.com team. I was quite impressed how Hotels.com handled this situation, despite things happened in deep night between 12 and 2 am.
