Poor experience. Expectations were low and they didn’t even meet that

The room was dated. The sheets smelled as they weren’t washed in years

You get what you pay for.. I would stay again because it was close the food truck festival. Good budget place to stay. Gotta pay for towels and 250$ deposit. Close to the boardwalk.

We did not see that there was a 250.00 deposit for smoking so we did not stay and he told us he could not refund our money that we have to contact u so i will be in contact with someone tomorrow

I think I was billed for a room I was rejected because of city of myrtle beach says I cannot rent a room on the beach Note there was no written by laws anywhere saying I could not until I showed my SC driving license @ this hotel crept myrtle hotel. Very disappointed in the whole experience

When I got there no one was at front desk and had to text them to come to front. And I wanted a smoking room. They were rude and inconsiderate. People walking all over the place makes it unsafe honestly.

I wasn't never checked in .. once the manager wanted to charge me 250.00 for a smokers deposit per person when we don't smoke he would not check me in I'm disputing my transaction now

The biggest issues where that the air conditioning did not work, and it was over 85 degrees in the room and the toilet also leaked. There were about 25 to 30 very large horse flies in the room, and they bugged us all night. I will never stay here again, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I would recommend that hotels.com take this hotel off their web site as I do not think it is up to their standards. FYI, there need to be some transparency about the $250 deposit for having a smoker in the room and that is a ridiculous thing to ask! I have come to expect a much higher stand from a hotel that I book on hotels.com. Sincerely, Peter S Jurnak III

I could not even stay there. No towels or blow dryer. Smelled musty. I found a room on Hotels.com. Definitely get what you pay for. Never again.
