عند انتهاء مدة الاقامة، قام الشخص المسؤؤل بتوقيفي لأكثر من ربع ساعة لإجراء الفحص والتأكد من الغرفة وانا لازلت انتظر عند مكتب الاستعلامات، حيث تبين لاحقا انه نسي بطاقة الغرفة و ادعى انني لم اعطه البطاقة و بعد لامراجعة تبين ان البطاقة وضعها عند الكاونتر ونسيها تماما، ولم اتلق اي اعتذار عن هذا التقصير الذي حصل.
