The Note Dalat

The hotel is well located very easy access to markets, lake and wonderful bars and restaurants. The staff is so kind and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. I loved the yoga room on the 3rd floor for morning stretching.

Det var mere end jeg forventede af prisen og de 2 stjerner. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jeg synes servicen var høj og hyggeligt med morgenmad på værelset. Personalet var så søde og imødekommende God afstand til by og butikker Charmerende lille sted - vi vil komme igen. Og var kede af at skulle rejse derfra efter 5 nætter Og friske blomster på værelset flere gange under vores ophold 🌸 wow

Det larmende lidt om natten / tidlig morgen. Morgenmaden bliver kedelig på dag 3, men igen jeg forventede slet ikke så fin en morgenmad til den pris. Vi spiste det 2 dage og det var igen mere end vi forventede af et hotel af den størrelse 💗

前台接待很好，很热情也很热心，酒店位置也很好，去哪里都很方便。

早餐稍稍有点差强人意，不能说是早餐，仅仅类似点心。

5泊しましたがスタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしいです。またスアンフーン湖やナイトマーケットにも近い中心部に位置してとても便利でした。

設備は若干古い感じがしましたが、補って余るくらいの良さが有りました。

this was such a beautiful place to stay. the room was clean, stylish, and the bed was soooo comfortable. the bathroom wowed us the most, easily the nicest bathroom in any accomodation we've had on a 2 month long trip. The bathtub is so luxurious, and if you arent a bath person the shower is perfect as well with great pressure. The attention to detal is amazing, the room smells like cinnamon because of the little cinnamon stick pinecone packages dotted around. The breakfast included is great as well!

The only negative we had during our stay was that when I had an issue with a grab delivery driver, I went to the man working at the reception for some simple help communicating in vietnamese to solve the problem. I was clearly a little frustrated with the issue, had been going in and out the hotel right in front of the man at the desk to stand on the street and find the grab driver, calling him, ect- and as a guest paying to stay in their accomodation, who is unfamiliar with the area and language I expected a bit of support, or atleast attempt at support, and some better hospitality. I tried to communicate the issue with the man, but he just grunted at me and said "no english," and then blatantly ignored me, staring at his computer screen with headphones in even with me standing right next to him. I did not and would not just expect anyone local to Vietnam to speak english-but he spoke basic english fine when he checked us in, and suddenly when I needed assistance with an issue the ability magically disappeared. The other encounters with staff at different times was great!

We liked the location, the staff and the room itself. Also, the amazing interior of the hotel!!!

The only thing I didn't like was the high humidity in the room, which came from the bathroom, because the fan in it was not able to remove the steam in time.

Nhân viên siêu nhiệt tình. Khách sạn gần chợ nhưng vẫn yên tĩnh. Phòng sạch, được dọn mỗi ngày.
