"Bad"

I don't like writing bad review but the hotel said it was pet friendly. I was on a long trip with my cat and needed a place to stay and when I went in, the girl was very nice but no cats she called her boss and he said no.

They didn't give my money back.

"Exceptional"

We had a late check in after a long day of traveling and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the AC good and cold. The pool was nice and clean and open from 6am-10pm. I have 2 small boys and that was so awesome. I was shocked at the hours it was opened and the staff commented “we feel that if you’re awake our amenities should be available “ . That is exactly how a hotel should operate. I was very impressed. They also had a laundry on site and breakfast was good. Definitely worth the stay.

Stayed 3 nights. Sheets dirty upon arrival. Had go to the front desk and get new sheets first thing as well as get my own towels every night. Asked for 2 days in a row for room to be cleaned due to shaved hair all over the floor with assurance it would be and was never touched the entire stay. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was great , clean , and friendly staff. Only problem I has was I went get the contential break they provide with your stay on Saturday 6/21/25, and the was no food available at 8am. The said due to staffing. The girl at front desk was trying,but couldn't keep up due to being busy. So this made me go to waffle House next door and spend $70. This is only complaint I have here. The GM should step up and come help when they know they don't have kitchen staff for weekends cause the are in process of hiring some.

We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The room was very clean and the pool was nice for the kids.

Room was clean quite and comfortable. The only complaint was mud the construction workers left in elevators.
