El edificio es bonito y la habitación es muy aseada. Solo un par de cosas negativas: nunca me pude conectar al internet, el aire condicionado liquea y el baño tiene un desnivel, se sale el agua de la ducha hacia el inodoro.

The property was new and clean. The front desk staff was great! The concierge for the condo was difficult to get in touch with. We did not receive a lockbox code and had trouble getting into the room and then the bedroom door was bolted and the front desk staff had to search for a key. Very inconvenient. The rooftop pool was pleasant but the rooftop bar never had an attendant for drinks and the staff told us they could not play music at the pool. The pics and ads showed the rooftop to be a very cool place. Not true. Our room was facing new construction on 5th street and the small bar across the street was extremely loud until at least 1am every night. No sleep til then for sure. Nice place, but will never stay again. Too many cons.

Great property with a small rooftop pool and area that I "worked from home". Close to all the bars/restaurants/quinta but it was quiet which was important for me. The room I booked was the smallest one and it was quite small. Other than that, everything was great.

Everything was amazing, from the moment I walked in I knew I had made the right decision. The apt was in pristine condition and so was the whole building. It is in the best location you could ask for and best of all was the price. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to everyone I know.

condo hotel so staff is minimal except front desk. However Estefania is besutiful and a wonderful person if you get to meet her.

A condo/apartment where you can do what you need in the comfort of a mini home. Just a few steps away from 5th Ave everything is within walking distance. Store, pharmacy, resturants, covid testing..etc

The hotel is okay. It's at the very end of Quinta Avenida, so even though the hotel is there, you'll need to walk around 30 minutes to get to the main area of Quinta Avenida. If you are looking for a cheap nice option at Playa del Carmen I think this is a good option. But if you want to use the pool or be located at the very heart of Quinta Avenida I wouldn't recommend it.
