"Overall I’m not going back."

I loved the staff and how nice the lobby was.

The sheets were nasty, the crib the gave us was extremely small and had stains all over it. We didn’t even use it. The lamps were nasty with sticky stuff and dirt. The bathroom was clean but the toilet paper was trash and there wasn’t enough towels…

Lobby was not to my liking. It sufficed. Ok for a one night stay.

I thought since I paid for all the reservations that it could have been broken up into three people paying with their on payment method. The service desk took their credit cards but only one went through and I was charged for all rooms even though my brother Perry Golden was able to pay for his room but I received no credit for it which was $134.66 and I am still trying to recover all my money.

Loved the family area with the game tables and always having coffee available.

The breakfast at this location was a little lack luster. All the hot food, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, needs some work. The location we stayed at in Dallas last fall (tru by Hilton) the breakfast was much quality.
