"Fix your wifi"

There are hundreds of these Hampton Inns across the country and you pay a premium because you expect consistency of service delivery. I’ve stayed in dozens over the past year and this one seems like all the others, which is fine. But not to be able to connect to the wifi in your room and being asked to go downstairs to connect in the lobby is just unacceptable today. A phone connects ok but not a laptop. And Guest Services says this is a known problem - so why hasn’t it been fixed? For a hotel that specifically caters for business travellers, this is a big negative. Everything else is as you’d expect - fine. But please - fix your WiFi.

"I was tired upon my departure."

The guest upstairs was very loud and kept us up. We finally compalined however the annoyance continued. Not sure if kids playing basketball, but was non stop!!
