DELAY IN SERVICE IN HOUSE KEEPING AND ROOM SERVICE RESPONSE

Clean comfortable room with delicious in-room dining.

Proximity to very crowded part of the city.

The hospitality was great. Ms. Rosy always had a smile on her face. I watched her not lose her calm or smile even for a second despite customers being impatient with (free) early check-in requests. Mr. Shakeer Ahmed hope the name is right) was always prompt in response too. Housekeeping does a fantastic job, but they clean the room even when the do not disturb sign is on. The food is decent. The chef obliged our request to make some local food. We did not check the bar, but it definitely seemed to have a great ambiance. Rooms are spacious, especially for a solo traveller like me. The location is on a busy road and so is quite accessible. Will definitely stay here on my future visits.

The room walls are a little 'thin'. So activity in the corridor can keep you awake if you are a light sleeper. The exterior photos are not entirely reflective of the location. But that is not a big issue as most time was spent inside the property.

Location is very good. Food quality is good though variety could be increased. Staff members are polite and helpful.. I would like to mention one Mr. Shakir ahmed aka sunny.. He was very helpful. Rooms are comfortable but extra facilities like gym, need improvement.
