Sehr freundlich-herzlicher Empfang, wunderbares Zimmer mit fantastischer Badewanne, total zentral und gut gelegen. Sehr feines grosszügiges Frühstück. Personal überaus angenehm, freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln.

Beamen auf den TV funktioniert mit Handy nicht. Geht nur mit Laptop.

The Hotel is located in a historical building in downtown Basel. The room is spacious and very nicely decorated with many facilities. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They also have a very beautiful terrace where you can admire the city. They also have a nice gym open 24/7 and a nice spa as well.

Stayed late March, had a lovely, spacious suite overlooking the Market Plaza. The room was excellent and very comfortable. The location was excellent and lots of shops, food options and tourism in the area. Short walk to the Rhine River. Hotel breakfast was good. Ideal stop at the end of our Rhine River cruise. Easy Tram Trip to/from the Main Station (BaselCard included free with your hotel stay)
