Location is out of shimla, need to book cab always to go to mall road and nearby places

The friendliness of the staff. The restaurant food was very good.

The location was a little awkward as it was sometimes a struggle to get an Uber to the main town. The hotel does have a link to a local travel company but they were very expensive compared to Uber.

A lovely hotel with beautiful views over the valley. Friendly, accommodating staff. Food was good. Need a car or taxi to go anywhere being out of the main centre but nice to come back to after a days sightseeing.
