Roaches and unable to refund my credit card upon leaving.

The room smells like ceg smoke, bugs in the room no towels in the restroom

I checked in my room and go to bathroom to see a coach road running down the wall to the sink and a dead bug on the floor by my bed. (I have a photo of the bugs). The hotel has a city notice for pest control the lobby greeting you as you walk in. Also the hotel room’s AC was off when I got there. This is Texas, the room was 100 degrees and took hours to cool. I understand why they turn it off, but there has to be a limit. They could just set it to an accepted energy saving temperature. I check my bed and the pillows do not have casing on them. The pillows had stains and what I presume was a small amount of blood. I went to the receptionist for the pillow casing and the employee had disappeared. The owner dose not let customers in the building at night. The employee did not answer to phone. Another customer and I waited over 20 minutes for her to come help us. He had to called cooperate to help. I also was locked out of my room and I couldn’t come back later. After I go to my room I try to turn on the main room’s light and it doesn’t work. Later I try to take a shower and there are no towel. My friend and I regretted ever staying with OYO. This was our first and last time. For the sake of you customers and name, do the right thing and fix this issue. The only reason we didn’t leave is because we were doing a dental charity clinic for the underserved people of Luling, Texas and we’re waking up at 5:00am. My fiend’s room also smelled cigar lounge. Booking.com is responsible for marketing this terrible and disgusting hotel. No body should pay to sleep in a room and bed that has bugs in it been it.

We had to arrive after midnight I called the hotel direct and told them and they were still closed up when we did arrive. Had to find other accommodations Thank God LaWuinta was still taking guest

This was litteraly the most gross hotel I've ever stayed at. The "no smoking room" I got smelt like an ashtray. The floor was wet, and the sheets were covered in cigarette burns dirt. There was also a train that went by every 30 minutes or so blowing it's horn. To top it all off there was no hot water. You're better off just sleeping in your car.

the first room I was put in was dirty at 10:00 at night. the curtains were see through only one towel not suitable

It's an ok place to stay if you don't mind a few roaches crawling around or sketchy people hanging around outside all hours of the night
