can be quite loud in the morning when people get their breakfast but not much of a problem

The area is perfect, safe and close to bars and restaurants for the night The options for breakfast (3) were ok and made us full The people there were very kind

The double room we were given was very small, in particular the bathroom where only 1 person at time would fit The major problem was the absence of privacy and the noises: the room had a very slim door, and up on the door there were some openings to the “living” area where people passed / waited / talked, so basically everyone could hear us in the room and vice versa. Moreover, while there, the toilet flush broke. Finally, the air conditioning was not present, only a fan.

The location was good, close to nice restaurants. They kindly arranged breakfast for us when we arrived (our flight had been heavily delayed).

The room got very hot. There is no aircon or ceiling fan, but they do provide a tower fan. The room was off from the kitchen so it was quite noisy early in the morning.

Great location in Poblado - at the quieter end so close to the metro station and the calmer cafe area, easy walk to loads of great restaurants. Clean rooms, friendly welcome and an easy early check in, good communication via WhatsApp and the hotel was very secure :)

We had 2 different rooms during our stay and were woken every morning at 6am (sometimes earlier) by staff playing music on their phones, chatting and setting up breakfast for the day etc. Understand this is difficult as the rooms are simply not insulated from the noise (openings from the rooms into the main lobby, gaps under the doors…) but after a 24 hour journey door to door it was such a shame not to be able to actually sleep in the hotel. We left a night earlier than expected because we were exhausted. Such a pity as it’s a great little hotel in a perfect spot.

Will start by saying there was no air conditioning or tv in the room, I was alone and it was cool outside but room only had a fan. That said the hosts were amazingly nice, they cook you fresh breakfast every morning (yes they cook for you on the spot), you need a key to access the place so it is secure and comfortable. The location was also very central with a lot to do around the area. Definitely recommend.
