"I would give it probably a 6.5 the pool and them running out of food was only issue"

The staff was very helpful and friendly

They ran out of food at 9 booths days I was there on Sunday they said they were making more food but I couldn’t wait 15 minutes

"Great Service! Our New Go To Place to Stay When in Town!"

A wonderful experience all around. Great staff that assists with needs. All three shifts of same were friendly, courteous and helpful! Breakfast was tasty! Wish we had known about this hotel before. It is now our place to stay when we visit town.

"Booking with a third party apparently doesn’t promise your room type"

First impression walking in, the place was very nice. The lady at the desk was very very friendly and answered all my questions, gave restaurant recommendations, very nice. But once we got to our room, I was not very yay happy. We booked a 2 bedroom, one pull out couch, sleep 6. What we got was a one king bed and pull out couch. So I went back to the front desks, I was not the only one complaining about this, they told me since I booked with a third party the were not able to refund or guarantee the room type and they were booked that night so we were stuck. I don’t understand how the room we booked is not guaranteed when booking with a third?? Jessica the manager I was speaking to was nice and gave me points for a free night in the future but it didn’t help that night. They did send down an extra mattress we could put down if someone needed to sleep on it.

Bathroom in room was not clean, there was hair all over the place in the shower and the water had a hard time going down the drain. And the pool was freezing!

The staff were so helpful at a very difficult time for me visiting my brother in the local hospice.

The bar area is rather soulless.
