The location and experience for the trip was great!

good Location, cleanliness and well equiped. Very pratical ski closet.

Window blinds had to be kept closed all the time, since windows face street at ground level.

It was very difficult to communicatw with the hotel when we had an issue. It was always through the app

The location was good.

We arrived at Aspen/Snowmass Village around 6:00pm. When we arrived to the condo K4, we followed the instructions from the email sent by Aspen/Snowmass vacations on how to get access to the condo. A code for the touch pad to unlock door was given in that email. After many attempts, the code wouldn’t work. We then called emergency number listed at bottom of email. It was freezing outside. It got down to -1 and we were unable to get into the condo. We had to walk to a restaurant to get warm. After being on a call for 20 minutes with the emergency contact finally decided to put us in another condo which was a downgrade from the original place and further away. After an hour we heard from a local representative via text, he apologized for giving us the wrong code and then gave us the correct one. We then went back to K4 and got in. It was a big confusion that took way too long to get help. After being there for 2 days we were woke up by water gushing all over the floor from the hot water heater. We shut water valve off and called the emergency number again which said a service person would come fix the problem. With the water shut off we had no toilet and no shower. No one showed up until the next morning. We then checked out.

Property was very close to the ski slopes, parking and Snowmass Village Mall. It has an outside closet to hold the skis and poles. Communication on how to access the room and features was great.

Check in and out was great. The unit for the price was not worth it by any means. First off the photos were deceiving of actual layout. A memory foam pad on a poor bed doesn’t make it comfy, pullout sofa was dirty but there was a roll away bed that was decent, the pillows were not comfy, furnace was way oversized or unbalanced and super loud, more blankets would help with turning off the furnace at night, electric range burners were bent and not even level to cook on, simply not worth what was charged.
