The unit carpet needs to be replaced as it’s pretty ratty

Fabulous comfortable bed great shower kitchen if we wanted to use good location

Location is great. Condo is nicely decorated.

If someone is in the condo above it can get very loud. Very poorly insulated. Bed was hard and pillows were flat.

There were a few things that could have made the trip more comfortable 1) the shower head was broken. Showering was unpleasant. 2) the mattress was uncomfortable. In forty years of travel, first time my husband and I were unable to share a bed.

The code given for the pool and hot tub did not work. After a long day of hiking, it would have been nice to get in there.

The location was nice and accessible to a lot of activities and plenty much to do

Extremely quiet! Loved the area!

I couldn't get in. I spent over 6 hrs. on the phone with Hotels.com but I could not and they could not open the email with the unit and entry info and they were not able to contact the property manager or owner. They had no on-site manager. I had tickets to Jas Aspen and missed that and had to find another place to stay at midnight in a sold-out town. Still waiting on refund. Don't count on digital. People are still needed to make things happen in this world.

Property owner did not provide the door code. No front desk or check in assistance available. Had to get a room at another property, wasted 3 hours.
