Well located, quiet, clean and comfortable property near Guggenheim and Fine Arts Museums. Adequate for a small family visiting for a brief visit. Well equipped kitchen for cooking and sharing a meal. Great nicely updated bathroom. Anders, very helpful host online, responsive to all our questions and needs.

"Centraal gelegen, schoon en praktisch hotel, niet zo erg duur."

De locatie was perfect, midden in het oude centrum. Van hier is het 5 minuten naar de metro of de tram. Het bijbehorende ontbijt bij Aitaren was ook heel verzorgd. De kamer werd perfect schoongemaakt en we kregen schone handdoeken en lakens. Het was rustig in het gebouw. Wij hadden een kamer aan de straatkant geboekt, omdat we een raam wilde dat openkon. Daardoor hadden we wel veel lawaai van de straat. Maar met oordoppen ging het primal We hadden in ieder geval frisse lucht en een leuk balkon om de straat te bekijken. In- en uitgaan met code was ook prima. Even wennen, maar dan perfect.

Over de hotelkamer: hij is wel wat klein. Dus als je elkaar niet zo goed kent, niet doen. En er zijn geen haken op handige plekken om even je jas op te hangen. Het zijn kleine dingen. Alles was eigenlijk heel goed! Jammer dat de medewerker bij het inchecken weigerde Spaans te praten, omdat we geen Spanjaarden waren. Hij was bang dat we het verhaal over de code niet zouden begrijpen. Niet leuk als je komt om Spaans te spreken. Maar bij alle andere plekken wilden ze wel Spaans spreken hoor, geen enkel probleem! We hadden stroopwafels meegenomen voor de medewerkers van het hotel, maar die hebben we toen aan een leuke ober in het ontbijtrestaurant gegeven, waar iedereen erg aardig was en het leuk vond om Spaans met ons te oefenen.
