Location and facilities

The property has no lift and we were on the 4th floor. Lugging 2 heavy bags up 4 flights of stairs not a great experience. Also stairwell area not clean on our arrival.

Was well equipped, clean, modern and very well located. Staff were friendly and so accommodating

No lift but aware the buildings are so old and common for old cities like this

The apartment is big, clean, and equipped with everything you may need. It's located in the centre so you just walk to all main attractions. Everything is clear and simple, and you can even store your luggage before checking in and after checking out.

Excellent location and a very nice property. Well equipped kitchen. Luggage storage facility was excellent.

I don't remember being advised it was up 4 flights of very steep stairs. We had to chase for information about how to get in, but that may have been down to Booking.com rather than the management of the property, although they had emailed direct before with other things. The bed was very hard and so I ended up sleeping on the sofa. The apartment was very hot - over heated, and we had some trouble opening windows, although the provision of a fan was a helpful touch.

Beautiful appartment in a central area , even thou there was a lot of pubs in the area but it was so quiet at night

The only negative was there was no lift , there was about 20 steps to appartment, that was the only negative
