Clean and well manicure

The breakfast seemed to be a little stale in the bakery items. Other than that it was good.

Rooms were very clean, and the staff were very accommodating.

The accommodated my quest for the top floor. Staying overnight before taking a critical test the next day.. Felt like I had a good quiet environment.

Everything pretty good

We stayed here for just one night. When we entered the room it looked “cleaned” we dropped our stuff off and went to dinner. When we came back and it was time to go to bed, when I pulled the sheets, they were stained with blood and it was ripped. I called front desk for sheets and comforter it was around 11pm. The person on the phone seemed not worried, I didn’t even get an apology. She only said “I’m the only one here right now” so I said I would just come myself to the desk to get the sheets/comforter. Anyway I got the sheets/comforter and I had to remake the bed myself. I’m just very disappointed because I always stay with Hilton brand hotels and this had never happened. I got no apology, no mention of a room change, nothing, just here are just sheets. It was cleared that housekeeping did not change the bed with new linen. Later on the next day we opened a hand towel that was rolled up nicely and it had a brown stain, not sure what it was. This experience was disgusting. We checked out the next day, I came to the desk and asked them to charge the room to a the other credit card on file, she verified the numbers and “took care of it”. When I got home, I checked my folio and she still charged the wrong card. So not only is this hotel dirty, their employees are incompetent at their job.

Breakfast good...coffee good... Quiet Easy parking

The staff was very courteous and helpful! Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Minor issues: - We had three rooms over the course of five nights. In each case the door to room did not fully close without applying pressure. - Our room had a tub/shower combo. There was no non-slip application in the tub, which made showering a slippery adventure.

I highly recommend this hotel because staff are excellent, breakfast selection was great and food was delicious. It has its own laundromat for a minimal fee. They texted me and asked if I needed anything, and so I did. They responded right away.
