The hotel and our room were very clean and the staff was always friendly.

The pool was not clean unfortunately and the washer and dryer were down. We always choose a facility with laundry available so that was a bummer.

Stupid breakfast hours. 6-9 on a weekend is not ideal times. I overheard a lot of complaints.

The room was spacious. The staff was friendly and they offered a variety of breakfast. My husband enjoyed the gym. Everything overall was good.

The only thing I did not like was that it was not a microwave in the room.

Hotel was dirty! Sink plugged for our 2 night stay. Room dirty. Dust on coffee maker, phone etc. Terrible odor of some kind of spray used in rooms. Gave me a headache! Supplied 2 towels when requested room to be made up. Fire alarm at 5:30 AM when apparently problem with a microwave? Would never stay here if possible. Only stayed as visiting our Grandsons in the area.

Hilton Honors member, At the hotel now. In four days housekeeping has failed to service our room twice. And No I did not have my "Do not disturb sign" displayed. When I called the front desk they seemed more interested in defending themselves than solving the problem. This will be my last stay.

Excellent staff, clean, great breakfast. The room had some issues (toilet paper bar was broken, no enough towels, shower leaks on the floor, show base needs caulking).
