Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card prior check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If the property indicates linen is not included, linen packs are available for hire at $45 per King, Queen, or Double pack, and $35 per Single pack. Beds can be made up for an additional $10 per bed. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Love the views, location and easy of access to beach and cafes

Very tight parking space, almost difficult to park into. Lounge seating not comfortable due to size, too deep seating, needed to stack up pillows. Dining table seat was bench, not comfortable and no back rest. Not much lounge pillows available. Some appliances had issues

"Absolutely fabulous view!"

We were unable to shut the bedroom door as the bed is in the way, this really needs to be fixed due to noise and privacy (get a different bed set up eg: bunks) my kids loved the lounge, but for older travellers it would be hard to get in and out of.

"Position, position, position - great views, not on the west, walking distance to food outlets and lookouts."

Position was everything we wished for. The lack of arm chairs in the lounge due to the oversized and over soft “L” shaped lounge wad a disappointment. Something you have to crawl onto, as you cannot just sit (no support) is really not suitable for everyone. Also not everyone enjoys bench seating at the dining table.

"Great location but apartment is looking very tired & needs a good over haul"

The location was fantastic.

The windows were dirty, lots of spider webs, the door to the third bedroom does not shut as the bed is in the way & the window does not open in this bedroom also the ceiling fan doesn't work properly. The outdoor furniture is in need of a good clean & the master bedroom curtains are mouldy. The parking spot for the apartment is extremely narrow.
