Perfect 6BR Stay Near Falls & Attractions

The upside to the property was that it was clean and well maintained. The accommodations were suitable for us and the number of people in our group.

There was not any decent pillows. The sofa recliners do not operate properly. Plus there were a lot of typical everyday items that weren’t available, such as dish clothes or towels, blankets (aside from one bedspread per bed) or pillows. We had fall issues because of broken boards on the front steps coming off. The neighborhood is terrible and there was all kinds of chaos with loud fighting and music all hours of the night. Plus there was trash all over at the empty homes and lots/street next door and across the street. It doesn’t seem safe to walk to the falls or other attractions from this location. The online photos are deceiving. The exterior house color isn’t even what is shown and the extra pillows and blankets are non-existent.

No Water pressure in shower, add more pot in kitchen.

Room is huge with 7 rooms. Location is great!

the property is a bit dilapidated. needs major makeover. Nearby houses were either abandoned or dilapidated as well.

i loved everything about the property.

I didn’t like that i wasn’t able to go in the “private yard”. I also didn’t like how the hostages took so long to respond to my question, and some of them weren’t answered. 🥲

- great location, Seneca Niagara casino is just steps away, fashion outlet mall only 13 min drive, super close to Canadian border - rooms are spacious with good beds, 2 are King sized - place is just as it appears in the pictures - great deal for the price

- the area is overall rundown and overall a bit sketch, have to maintain some caution - the property is equipped with basic supplies but there could be little more, eg more utensils in the kitchen. No dishwasher in the kitchen - washrooms are barebones and could use things like hooks - old property with some exposed finishings, have to be careful with little kids, eg vents in the living room
