"Superb"

Brilliant location, a short drive or walk from local shops and restaurants. Beautiful house, everything we needed and more. Extremely clean, and our dog loved the garden. The whole house has a nautical theme, but it's not over the top and ties in with the area which is nice to see.

The only things, a bit nitpicky, the kettle could do with a descale. The shower door in the top floor bathroom needs a deep clean. Also, the screen on the back gate is a bit "ratty" and needs replacing.

"We had a lovely family holiday"

Great location. Was only a short walk to Poole Quay & Poole park & close to the beaches at Sandbanks. Property was well fitted out & nice & clean. Rooms were nice & all had good en-suite bathrooms. Would recommend to anyone for a lovely family holiday.

"Amazing! So well equipped, and the location was great"

Immaculately clean and so well equipped. I have never stayed in a property with the kitchen so well stocked. Location was wonderful, so close to Poole centre and the waterfront. Everything we needed for a family stay. Lovely added touch of a Christmas tree as we stayed over the festive period. Could not recommend more highly to anyone considering booking.

Only 1 parking space, made a little tricky with 7 guests staying - we managed to get visitor parking most of the time, our only negative

Directions on how to find them were spot on. Fast efficient collection on arrival, keys and parking permit were available as soon as we arrived. Staff were and are very friendly. We had a problem with the toaster which was replaced the same day. Liked the App which enable us to contact the property manager. Plenty of bath and beach towels.

The property was not cleaned properly, we found underclothes from the previous occupants in one of the drawers. Wifi reception is not good at the back of the house. We were supposed to have an interim clean on the middle week end of our holiday, it didn't happen. We did not report this to the property manager at the time. We did report it when the keys were handed back, they said they would look into it.
