"Fairly basic but great for those who need lots of room. We were happy with our stay."

The cottage is set in the woods in a nice, quiet location. Fairly basic accommodation but has everything you need. It was great to have the wood stove - we had a cozy fire on a stormy evening which was very nice.

The trade-off for being in the woods is that the interior of the cottage gets little exterior light. Concrete floors.

Overall nice small getaway, not far from Ottawa. Has all the amenities you need and is very peaceful. Very close to Lac philippe and edelweiss.
